For the smoothest experience, we recommend downloading MP3 files to your iPhone if you want to play them directly, as MP3 is fully compatible with iOS and doesn’t require any additional apps.

PLEASE NOTE: While FLAC files can also be played on an iphone, they require a third-party app since iOS lacks native FLAC support. There are several effective apps available on the App Store to manage and play FLAC files directly from your Files folder, allowing you to enjoy high-quality audio without conversion. We have outlined how to play FLAC files on your iphone in a separate knowledge base article here.

HOW TO ACCESS THE DOWNLOAD LINK

Upon purchase, you’ll find a download link included in your receipt, and you’ll also receive an email with a direct link to your downloadable product. Downloads are available for 3 days post-purchase, so please download your product promptly.

DOWNLOADING YOUR PURCHASE TO AN IPHONE

Once you have placed your order, click the download link from either the receipt, or the order confirmation email you received as highlighted below.

Once clicked, a "blank" screen opens with the option to save the file at the bottom of the screen.

Next, you'll have the option to save the file to your preferred storage drive or to your Files. Although you can choose Google Drive, we recommend saving the file directly to the Files folder for the first time, as outlined below.

After the file is saved, you'll have the option to extract and open it to play directly on your mobile device.

SELECT OPEN IN as outlined in blue below.

Simply select OPEN IN DOWNLOADS to access the downloaded files on your iphone.

After you click Open in Downloads, you'll see the extracted file in your Files. You've successfully saved the files to your iPhone. Congratulations!

Once you click the folder, you will be able to stream the music directly from your iphone as highlighted in the image below.

Simply click the files you want to play, and turn the volume UP.
